• Founded a successful construction management firm in operation for over 30 years. 

• Clients have included scaled medical office buildings, multiple commercial projects and residential development & renovations. 

• Have managed numerous  multi-million dollar projects simultaneously and successfully. 

Redding Public Service: 

• In 2009,  identified & created awareness of health & safety issues in Redding public schools leading to the establishment of the Redding Facilities Planning Committee. 

• Elected chair of the Redding Facilities Planning Committee, serving since 2009. Responsible for more than 15 individual capital projects at John Read, Redding Elementary and Joel Barlow, representing over $11 million, all delivered on time, on budget and to the highest industry standards, improving the health and well-being of both students & staff.

• Became Chair of the Region 9 Board of Education in 2018.

  • During my first year, I was successful in fully resolving a $2,200,000 State Construction Audit liability at no additional cost to the taxpayers of Redding. This liability originated during the Barlow Building Project of 2005. This liability resulted from a lack of required documentation and absence of state required competitive bidding.

  • Successfully secured multiple grants to support technology & broadcasting capabilities to encourage greater public participation & transparency at Board of Education meetings. 

  • Successfully secured multiple Eversource Energy Efficiency and Energy Conscience Blueprint Grants for the Town of Redding and Region 9 School District.
